I invite you to our Southsea Home for a special one-night-only menu, filled with flavour and imagination.
As with all of my Supper Clubs, the focus is on sourcing the best of the season’s produce from not-so-far-afield and creating innovative, yet comforting dishes with them at the forefront.

If you haven’t been to one before, expect a 5 course seasonal, fine-dining dinner around the communal dining table in our Southsea home for the nicest vibes in town. This means there are limited spaces available!

Menu

– Elderflower Champagne / Elderflower Mocktail

– Homemade burrata, homegrown tomatoes, smoked tomato water, salsa macha, sourdough crisp, marigold ‘honey’

– Coal cooked courgette, lemon balm ice, garden herbs

– Confit aubergine glazed with fava bean miso, black garlic, black sesame tuile, tahini

– Homegrown strawberries, amazake ice cream, pine nut parfait, fennel

– Reishi 72% hot choc with frangipane & foraged sour cherry pasrty
